    Clinic Topic: Signaling for Model RRs: The Basics

    Bill Scheerer has a career that reads as a Who’s Who in signaling. Bill Retired as Chief Engineer supporting Global Signaling and Train Management Systems. Even after being retired, he is active as a member of AREMA Technical Committee and Secretary Treasurer Eastern Signal Engineers. In my mind, this makes this clinic a must see from someone who lived it and helps us bring it to life for our Model Railroads. Even if you’ve seen it before, these are the clinics you always catch something new or understand something better the second time. I, for one, am really looking forward to it.

  • Division Meeting Jan 28th 2025, 7pm

    Clinic: 2025 Division Activities

    Martin Wade will share the line-up for 2025. With a host of activities from 2024 and new stuff “Layout Tours” for 2025, it should be another great year. Don’t forget our Annual Train Show is already scheduled for Aug 23rd with the Regional Convention sliding in around it. To kick off the year we will be launching our “Division Kit Order” and announcing this year’s October Modeling Challenge format. Start clearing your workbench. It’s time to build!!!

    Clinic: TREES!!!

    Ray Brown will be hosting his Tree clinic. Since every railroad needs them, it’s time to get started and learn some great techniques. Ray will show techniques for some fantastic Deciduous trees as well as some Conifers. Come and listen in so you can start “populating” your layout.
    And by the way, since there is more than one way to skin a cat, stay tuned as this summer Alan Meinhold will do a Hands-On Demo with a different technique to make even more Conifers.
